Deposits: We require a deposit of 50% upon booking paid by email money transfer/cheque or credit card for short term bookings. Your booking is confirmed with your deposit and all other requests are turned away. If we do not receive your deposit within 10 days you will be notified. The booking will be cancelled at that time if we do not get a response. Balance to be paid by cheque/ Visa/ Master Card or Debit upon arrival. Make cheque payable to Balm Beach Resort.

Parking: There is limited parking and units have 1 parking spot. Additional paid parking is available upon request.

Visitors: No visitors are allowed on the property unless authorized by management. Visitors put an added strain on the facilities and may disrupt the enjoyment of other guests wanting to use the picnic tables, BBQ etc. We do allow visitors but need to be informed before they are on the premises.

Room Occupancy: 5-person room- Two Adults and up to 3 children under 16. The capacities of units are determined by the fire department and cannot be increased. Additional adults $25.00 per day. $150.00 per week. Upon approval

Our two-room suite is equipped with a full-size fridge/stove /microwave/coffee maker/kettle/toaster/cutlery/dishes/pots/pans & glasses.
There are two beds and a double pullout couch.

                              4-person room- Two adults and up 2 children under 13. Additional adults $25.00 per day upon approval.
The room has an efficiency kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge/Stove top/microwave/coffee maker/toaster/cutlery/dishes/pots & pans/and glasses.

All rooms have a covered porch with comfortable chairs to enjoy the views of the water. Also included is ice cold A/C. Free Wi-Fi. New big screen T.V's with cable package. We also provide gas BBQ's and wood for our nightly camp fires.

We provide bath mats/dish towels/hand towels/Pillows/blankets/hand and dish soap/coffee filters/salt & pepper/ toilet paper.

These are housekeeping units. Daily room cleaning is not provided.

You will need to bring your own bed sheets/bath towels/ beach towels/beach chairs and umbrella's. All these items are available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Pets: Sorry no pets in July or August. All other dates are subject to approval. There is a min charge of $15.00 per stay.

Smoking: All rooms are nonsmoking.

Guests that are in violation of the above polices may be asked to leave the property with no refund provided.

Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to your reservation we will refund your deposit less a $25.00-dollar administration fee. For cancellations between 16 and 59 days we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the unit less a $100.00 administration fee.  For cancellations less than 15 days' notice given, there will be no refund issued. There will be no refunds issued for Long Weekends, May (Victoria Day) Weekend, Canada Day Weekend, August Civic Weekend, Labour Day Weekend.
